Renew


  • Log into your account
  • Select the items you want to renew by clicking the checkbox(es) on left.
  • Scroll down and click the "renew items" button.

You may be unable to renew items if:

  • You have fines exceeding $25.00.
  • You have not returned an item that has been recalled.
  • You have items with a "lost" status.

Bring items with a lost status to the Q&i desk for renewal.

Request

Items can be sent to any UR Library Q&i desk for pick-up, for your convenience:

  • Find the item in the Voyager Catalog.
  • Click "Request this item" and login.

If the item is not checked out:

  • Select "Pick Up Item at My Q&i Desk" from the drop down menu.
  • Select a pick up location.
  • Allow one week for item to be shipped.

You will be notified when the item is available for pick up.

If the item is checked out:

  • Select "Get Checked Out/Overdue Item For Me" from the drop down menu.
  • Select a pick up location.
  • The current patron has one week to return the item.

You will be notified when the item is available for pick up.
